Search by meaning

Ask the way you think.

Filings say GLP-1 receptor agonist. You say drugs that help people lose weight. Every passage of every filing is embedded, so search matches what you mean — then keywords and filters keep it precise.

Your agent can chain it, too: find the companies, open the filings, pull the numbers, compare — all in one conversation.

your question“which companies make drugs that help people lose weight?”
  • GLP-1 receptor agonist0.93
  • anti-obesity medication0.90
  • incretin-based therapy0.87
  • chronic weight management0.84

How it works

From the filing to your agent.

We collect public company filings, read every page, and serve them through a single MCP endpoint.

01

Collect

10-Ks, 10-Qs and 8-Ks from the SEC. Annual reports, results and disclosures from Indian exchanges. More markets as we add them — kept current as new filings land.

02

Understand

Every page split into passages and embedded for meaning. Tagged figures extracted into clean financials. Sections like risk factors and the auditor's opinion labelled.

03

Ask

Connect once. Your agent searches across companies and countries, pulls numbers, and answers with citations back to the filing and page.

Coverage

India and the US first. Then the world.

We launch where we can be complete, then add markets one at a time. Multilingual embeddings mean you ask in English and match filings written in Japanese, Korean, Chinese or Portuguese.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is InsightMCP?

InsightMCP is an MCP server that lets AI agents search public company filings — SEC 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and 20-F filings, and the annual reports, results and disclosures of Indian listed companies — by meaning as well as keywords, with citations back to the filing and page.

What is an MCP server?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to tools and data. An MCP server exposes tools an assistant can call. Claude, Cursor, VS Code and other MCP clients can connect to InsightMCP with one line of configuration.

How is semantic search different from keyword search?

Keyword search only finds the words you type. Semantic search compares meaning, so a question like “which companies make drugs that help people lose weight” finds filings that say “GLP-1 receptor agonist” or “anti-obesity medication” — and skips false hits like “weighted average cost of capital”.

Which countries and filings are covered?

India and the United States at launch: annual reports, quarterly results and exchange disclosures of Indian listed companies, and 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and 20-F filings from SEC EDGAR. The United Kingdom, Europe, Japan, South Korea, China and Brazil follow.

Can I ask in English about filings written in other languages?

That is the plan for non-English markets: multilingual embeddings let an English question match passages in Japanese, Korean, Chinese or Portuguese filings.

When does InsightMCP launch, and what will it cost?

InsightMCP is in development. Pricing will be announced at launch — join the waitlist to get early access.
